Case Study Overview
Josh graduated in the spring of 2020 from an easily recognizable university. He tried to take advantage of the Career Services department by working with them to get guidance on landing a role to use his degree. Unfortunately and not uncommon he was provided the wrong advice when it came to his job search. In this case, it was his resume that was not ATS compliant nor the keyword rich. As result, Josh spent 10 months searching on his own submitting literally hundreds of applications with only a couple of interviews.
