THE ADVISORY
Not a Package. A Partnership Built Around Your Next Move.
Every engagement starts with a clear picture of where you are and a strategy for where you want to go. What happens between those two points is tailored to you, not templated.
WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT
The Difference Between Being Coached and Being Advised.
A Coach
• Brings a standard playbook
• Updates your resume and LinkedIn
• Teaches interview frameworks
• Focuses on the tactical and immediate
• Ends when the engagement ends
• Treats every client the same way

THE PROCESS
How the Advisory Works.
1
Clarity
We start with a full picture of where you are. Career history, goals, timeline, what is working, what is not, and what you actually want, not just what you think you should want. Most people have never had this conversation with someone who has no stake in the answer.
2
Strategy
Based on that picture, we build a roadmap. What is the target? What does the path look like? What needs to change about how you are showing up in the market, your narrative, your positioning, your network, your presence? This is where the framework gets tailored to you.
3
Execution
Resume, LinkedIn, elevator pitch, network activation, interview preparation, and the mindset work that makes it all land. I am accessible throughout, not just during scheduled sessions. When you get an interview on a Thursday night or over the weekend, you can reach me.
4
Secure & Advance
Offer negotiation, total compensation strategy, and ongoing onboarding advisory. The engagement does not end when you accept a role. It continues through your first 90 days and as long as it creates value, which for some clients has been more than a decade.
THE INVESTMENT
The Return Compounds. The Investment Does Not.
One of my clients described it this way: “You take a sum of money, you invest in yourself, and it multiplies forever. It multiplies immediately if you get a new opportunity, but then it keeps compounding over time, just like interest does.”
A $20,000 salary increase, a very conservative outcome, amounts to $200,000 over ten years before investment returns. Most clients see significantly more than that. The advisory pays for itself in the first offer negotiation alone.
Engagements are customized to your situation, goals, and the level of support you need. Pricing is discussed on the consultation call. There are no hidden fees, no long-term contracts, and no pressure.
“I can safely say working with Nick, I increased my compensation, increased my responsibility, and made moves that are positive for me as a person. Complacency is the killer of a career. Nick helped me stay ahead of it.”
